✓ Gear mechs removed & cleaned ✓ Gear cables cleaned and oiled for rust prevention and smooth operation ✓ Gear mechs installed with new grease & correct torque ✓ Gear hanger realigned ✓ Pedals re-installed with new grease and right torque ✓ Gear system adjusted & oiled for rust prevention ✓ Brake system removed & cleaned ✓ Brakes cables cleaned and oiled for rust prevention and smooth operation ✓ Brake system installed with new grease & correct torque ✓ Brake system adjusted and tested for maximum safety ✓ Wheels removed, cleaned & checked for wear ✓ Wheels trued on the truing stand ✓ Wheel hubs disassembled and reassembled with new grease and ball bearings ✓ Wheel dishing alignment ✓ Fork removed from frame and cleaned ✓ Frame cleaned ✓ Headset removed and cleaned ✓ Headset re-installed with new grease and bearings if needed ✓ Headset & Steering adjusted ✓ Bottom bracket removed & cleaned ✓ Frame faced on bottom bracket if needed ✓ Bottom bracket re-installed with new grease and right torque ✓ Seat post re-installed with new grease and right torque ✓ Mudguard and all accessories adjusted and checked for right torque ✓ Tyres inflated to correct wear ✓ After-service polishing and detailing service ✓ Follow-up service in a month time for further inspection and adjustment if needed
